I currently have approx 98k velocity points can i use/ transfer these to use on internal us flights? LAX to orlando for example? I assume via virgin America or delta? I feel like this is a silly question but being new to this im having trouble finding out how id go about this? Or working out if i have enough points in the first place to do what i want with them.
Thankyou for any help:)

You don't have to transfer them to use them. You can use them on Delta or Virgin America by redeeming on the velocity website.

Other option through velocity is Hawaiian Airlines although obviously limited routes. You can also open a Krisflyer account with Singapore Airlines, transfer your velocity miles there (at a reduced rate), and book with United Airlines if that works better for you.

Most likely you'll find the most options with Delta.
