Redeming Gift Vouchers

I hold two Virgin Money Velocity highflyer credit cards for which I assume I'm entitled to the new $129 gift voucher for each card.

If I make a booking, is it possible to redeem more than one gift voucher?

Only one voucher per booking for flights but multiple allowed for Virgin Holidays (T&C point 14)

If a domestic booking then perhaps you can book 2 one-ways?

I got an email advising me

"Hi there

Now you're flying - you have been confirmed as eligible to receive a $129 Virgin Australia Gift Voucher.

Your Gift Voucher should arrive via email within the next 24 hours. Please check both your inbox and junk folder for the email and if you don't receive it, call Gift Card Services on 1300 55 33 80.

All the best"

Of course it hasn't arrived and when I call the above number, they direct me back to VA, saying they can.t do anything without a voucher number...Anyone else had this ?
