Thoughts:

Book SIN-LHR

Leave it a few days and phone up and try and change the route to PER-SIN-LHR and pay the change fee of $25

There are available redemption seat on the PER-SIN flight

So it's booking the route from the start, but modifying it to it

??

With SQ it does not work. If you can’t find PER-LHR redemptions then the only way to get two non marriageable sectors to work is to do an Advantage booking with a stopover of more than 24 hours.

You can try, of course, but you’d risk paying a penalty for a cancelled flight if it doesn’t work - plus missing availability for what could have worked.

I managed to redeem 2pax Sydney to Haneda married segment.

For the 3rd pax it said waitlist for the married segments so booked the 2 exact same segments separately
