I was talking about Ansett Holdings, the parent company of Ansett Australia and Ansett International, all of which was 100% Air New Zealand, what makes you think it was otherwise, especially given the letter of comfort Air NZ offered AAH, AIL and AHL?

Pretty sure Ansett Holdings owned 49% of Ansett International, and the remaining 51% by institutional shareholders. I'll go fo a hunt, but pretty sure it was in the FIRB approvals at the time.
