Reinstatement of flight credit

Hello,

I had a couple of flight credits which only very recently expired - I have been overseas for the past fortnight ... does anyone know whether I am wasting my time calling the Air NZ call centre to see if they will allow me to still utilise these?

Any guidance is appreciated.

I'm not sure there's much experience around AFF on that specific topic ...

Call and ask. If you don't then you most certainly will lose the value. If you ask and they say yes then it was worth it. Seems cough for them to expire. It's your money.
