I have been waiting patiently for T80 for a Qatar flight I am booked on this coming Monday 13th May, 2019.

QR901 PER to DOH at 22.50 - hoping that seats further to the front than my aisle seat in row 52 in Economy (T) would be released - but the seats showing as booked in lower deck are exactly the same as they were yesterday.

Does that mean all those seats from row 40 back to row 52 that have been greyed out all these months were already allocated ?

Thanks @clifford, yes there are lots and lots of seats available according to your view.
I will try again and see if I was a little early.

Just another question as I am unfamiliar with the layout of the Qatar plane, but those seats in rows 41 and 42 which appear to have a lit more room on the aisle is that void next to them where the stairs are to the upper deck ? Likely to have staff coming up and down during the night ?
