renewing qantas club membership

In Aug. I will need to renew my qantas club membership. I will renew for two years. I have looked at the cost via qantas site, are there other options that are cheaper?

Use an overseas address and avoid the GST is the one that springs to mind

I get mine through an association - all you need are 10 people and you can get discounts.
