Resetting home city on webpage

Hi fellow travellers, I am annoyed that each time I want to search for a destination on the Qantas site the default city is Sydney. If I want to find out where I can go to the page is locked to Sydney and will not change.
I there a setting that I can change in my account?

Normally it defaults to the last place you searched for flights from.

Might be a cookies thing and possibly your browser and settings? Anyway you can check if you’ve allowed or blocked cookies?

Could be a “Location settings” issue also but I’d expect it to default to my previous comment if “use location” was disabled.

My wife's account which is the one that gets used the most does the same thing, and we're Perth based. From memory, I get around it by selectig 'book' from the menu at the top.

Yeah, maybe that’s what I do when mine switches to another city.

You may find in your account home page preference that you can change

Tried everything including clearing cookies then allowing location but still I am considered to be in Sydney. It’s as bad as the ABC. I guess I will just have to suck it up. Thanks for your input folks.

Strange. Similar to @Franky comment. If I go to the Sale list at the bottom of the home page and select deals from say “Adelaide” when I go to “Book flights” it defaults to departures from ADL. Selecting Deals from SYD takes it back.
