Hoping for some help or insight into an issue I'm facing with reward seat booking flying JQ. I have managed to book a one way flight to Bali however I have not been able to book a return flight. I was able to find flights from Ho Chi Minh, Singapore, coughet, Bali back to Melbourne however every time I tried to book it gave me an error and immediately after that, the available flight disappears from the search result.

I have tried calling the Qantas call centre but they were of no help. Any idea what's going on here?

Had a play, Denpasar to Melbourne 17 July 2022 went through to the payment page for a JQ Flight (18K points plus Rupiah).
What date are you looking at? I had to log out and then log back in during the search.

I have been looking at the second week of Jan 2023. Just now for example, I found a flight from Ho Chi Minh to Sydney and tried to book and again the same issue. I think it's showing availability even though there's actually none. It is just so frustrating.

Getting the same error "Sorry, an error seems to have occurred, and this page cannot be displayed (15012, 421)"
Google search for the error brings up "Qantas says that they are aware of the problem and that you should call customer service to make your booking."

Probably too late now, did you try making a multi city booking? They go through to the payment page.

Maybe try going to the Qantas site for the country of departure not the .au site?

Tried both options (country of departure & multi city) and still got the same error :(
