I tried getting them to provide me a locksmith when I locked myself out about 4pm. I rang them up, spent some time talking to an insurance person who read through the PDS, assessed the situation, and got back to me after spending half an hour on the phone to say it's not 'emergency' as it's not out of business hours or something along the line. Hence, I should call a locksmith myself. By the time I finished the convo and rang a locksmith and got told I would be charged more for after hour service.
