The reason that the last and next vintage is poor can be summed up in one word... weather. Rockford will however go into more technical detail.

I think it's the name of the general, non-Stonewall, mailing list. Bud Burst Brigade is written at the top of my most recent (Nov 2019) order form that I've received.
