Roomba, Dysons, Thermomix and other household appliances

Why is everyone in such a hurry for their clothes to be cleaned? :)

Because I'm such a grub and always spill food down the front of me and so I'm constantly washing. I had friends over for dinner the other night and one of them said when he spilled food down the front of him recently he said he'd done a VPS. (I'm now a verb). Mind you this is the same friend that accidentally knocked a full glass of red wine over my pale pink and white shirt when we were out to dinner once.

Some people might only have one set that fits after Iso eating 😂😂😂😂😂

Same solution to both of these issues. Naked dining

Mmm not sure that the restaurants would agree plus I tend to rug up and not have the heater on too high (think the heating bill would go through the roof)

well then, you’ll need one of these!

and a camera

Not sure what has to do with naked dining or slobbing my food down the front of me

Supposedly an easy way to craft and make labels and that kind of thing 🙄
I am so not crafty but since we finally don't have any of my parents items still in storage I decided I needed a new hobby
Pondering whether to return to work lol
It is so annoying boring frustrating to not be able to plan holidays

Air fryer recommendations anyone? We had one, a Phillips, that we sold as we didn't use it. The Gentleman wants to get one again......so interested in any feedback on good/bad models?

Just discovered Miele Clearance centre Minchinbury NsW

Bought a superseded model Miele combi steam oven for 55% discount. Previous model otherwise brand new with manufacturers warranty. (Not a “seconds world” damaged item - but since it’s out of box, any aesthetic /cosmetic faults are not covered - though it was pristine)

They don’t supply it in the original box to prevent resale.

I added the standard Miele extended warranty (extra 3 years) for 7% of purchase price.

My Kenwood chef fell apart today - I've had it for nearly 44 years - wondering whether it's worth trying to get someone to repair it or get another one - btw never spent a cent on it

If it is like most appliances more than 10 yo, the cost of parts will exceed the cost of a new device. Unfortunately the new device won't last as long as the previous one but will be better value than a repair and often have more features.
