Royal Air Maroc to join OneWorld? [CONFIRMED]

I had a number of rides on them when I had a project in Morocco. I'd equate them then to Sri Lankan Airlines, but their J product is now 1-2-1 reverse herringbone and I expect with OneWorld, so other aspects would have been mandated to have been raised in quality.

Is it just me, or are there no J award seats showing as available on AT? I can see plenty of Y availability, but nothing in J on any route.

I was planning to travel to DSS this month with Royal Air Maroc. Obviously that's no longer happening...

AT OneWorld C Award Availability does exist; it is an issue with QF's systems:

Interesting. I assume if you called up Qantas, you'd be able to book a J award as per the JL website availability.

C? I had believed AT had moved business class awards to the U fare bucket (from Z).

Yes, a QFF agent should be able to book it via a Long-Sell.

Finding a QF agent that knows how to do a long sell could be a challenge these days! But good to know that it's technically possible.

I phoned QF on behalf of a friend today to book an AT award seat from JED to CMN. The QF site won't allow JED as an origin. I told the agent I could see availability when searching CMN-JED return on AT but I only wanted JED-CMN which can't be booked. She queried whether AT could be booked with points and went about looking through her info. After a couple of minute she told me no, sorry, AT flights can't be booked with points. I said that's a first for a oneworld airline, to which she said "Oneworld?" I said yes, AT joined 18 months ago. "Really?" Off she went to speak to someone in ticketing or fares or whatever. When she returned to the call she said I was right but apparently someone hadn't updated the necessary information.

Does that mean you were successful in the end?
