Same status for flex and choice?

I recently flew ADL-BNE-ADL with one Y (flex) and one V (choice) fare.
Afterwards, I received:
Y: 8652 points, 20 SC
V: 3029 points, 20 SC
I was expecting the Y fare to give 35 SC. Is this worth a call to customer service?

Don't call just send an email. Your status @velocityfrequentflyer.com

Just explain you don't think what you've received is correct and they'll fix it. A few times this year I've received a small number of points (messed up because QF/VA flights on the same travel agent booking) and the email has fixed it in a few days.
