T&C's are fairly explicit:

*Discount varies and applies to Saver and Flexi Fares only, on selected flights. Fares are on sale from 27 February until midnight 1 March 2012 unless sold out prior. For travel from 17 April until 27 June 2012. All fares are subject to availability and may vary until ticketed. Fares are one way on the internet and are for economy travel. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or peak days. Fares advertised on the internet cost $15 more when booked by phone. Change/cancel fees apply. The applicable change or cancel fee will be the fee published on our website on the date you request the change. Name changes and refunds are not permitted on Saver Fares. A credit/debit card surcharge of $4.50 per person one way is applicable for all flights within Australia. Checked baggage charges apply to all Saver Fares. Baggage fees vary by route. Pre-pay $12 for Tier 1 flights, or $15 for Tier 2 flights online for up to 23kg of checked baggage per person per one way flight, or pay $40 at the airport for the same allowance. For information on Tier 1 and Tier 2 flights, please go to the ‘Checked Baggage’ section on our website. Velocity Platinum, Gold and Silver members are exempt from these charges. Booked a few I was taking anyway. V-Mail doesn't seem to work for me. I've registered more times then I care to remember, but still no V-mails (but I do get promo emails).

These should requal gold for me so that leaves a number of months to perhaps strive for plat. (doubtful, purely wishful thinking following the GFC)

Actually came in handy for me, as my wife wants to come with me to CBR to attend Ozfest. Woo hoo, my procrastination had also saved me 20% x 2 and I get family pooling benefits as well. Thanks Virgin

Is there anywhere that shows what routes this is valid for?

Need to book CBR-PER, but can't seem to find any discounted days within the time period on the T&Cs.

Clicking on the link from your v-mail, you should get a landing page showing fares ex-CBR (as I get one ex-BNE as seen here)

There it shows the discounted fares that may be available for the offer period, then the usual prices with later time periods. I snagged seats (for May) BNE/CBR/BNE at $99 each way rather than $122. That appears to be 20% saving to me. YMMV

P.S. Was able to change to CBR as departure city, so now I presume you are looking at this screen view. I see that the view is differnt to say Sydney (just below) and there are no seats CBR/PER available on this deal.
