Anyone had trouble with this recently?
I flew on Nov 10 SYD - LAX and return Nov 20th LAX - SYD with United Airlines
booked thru the virgin website and added all 3 of our velocity numbers (myself and two kids)
I haven't got anything yet. I've filed the missing points paperwork and still nothing after the required timeframe they gave.
I sent an email to velocity and they told me to send an email to another email address with copies of our boarding passes and itinerary.
I don't have the boarding passes for the outgoing flight as I threw them out with a bunch of other stuff while in the USA, I do have the itinerary and booking reference number, I do have the boarding passes for the return leg.
I had activated a double SC promo as well and am really relying on these SC to maintain my Gold Status.
Just wondering how long this fight is going to last?
