Hi everyone,

I am pleased to advise that the technical error has been identified, and all outstanding earn files for VA flights from early last week should be processed by Friday.

My apologies to members who have been inconvenienced by this, and thank you all for your patience.

Now that's done, maybe someone can focus on fixing the non-crediting of partner flights resulting the need in having to continually submit retro claims!

Finding exactly the same thing.
All the june Flights seemed to post fine but have had 4 now in July that are not there

Hi VFF

Hoping you can help. My flights from last Monday morning (30th), Friday evening (4th) both haven't posted to my velocity account. I know it takes a couple days, but i've never missed one over a week before. It's like I didn't even take the flights!

Any idea? Is there an outstanding issue or is it just me? VFF number definitely on the bookings, my boarding passes show my status.

My flight from yesterday morning has posted.

However, my flight from last Thursday, Sunday, 4 on Tuesday and one last night still have not posted.

(I am also still waiting on one from 4 weeks ago (points claim lodged, 3 flights out of the itinerary posted, 1 didn't))

Slow Points

Not sure if I am alone. (I checked some other threads) but Virgin have still not credited points from a BNE-MEL Return from 9 days ago. Too slow in my book and not competitive with Qantas.
