HI,

Just after some advice/guidance.

I have an upcoming trip Sydney, Brisbane, Singapore, Hong Kong and back to Sydney. This trip should see I get back to GOLD from RED with family pooling from my other half.

I have KrisFlyer account linked to my Velocity account is that all I need to do to have the points/SC's credited to Velocity?

Cheers

You will need to ensure your velocity number is entered into your booking prior to the flights for it to occur.
And also be booked into an eligible fare class.

Are these VA or SQ bookings?

If VA and you know your SQ PRN:

Go into the SQ app and select:
My Trips
Select the booking
Select Change Booking/Seats button
Select the Passenger Info tab
I can see the Frequent Flyer Program selected is VA and our Velocity numbers

Which means Status Credits and points will go to that FF account

Thanks.

Yes Velocity number given to Travel Agent at time of booking and booking class is E

Booking was through Travel Agent on SQ. I've checked the booking and our Velocity numbers are recorded. Should I keep our accounts linked aswell?

My KF & Velocity account is linked, for just in case I want to transfer points one day.

As your booking shows your Velocity details, your points will go to that account, also your boarding pass should have your Velocity details printed on it somewhere so check before you leave the counter.

Im assuming you have enough VA sectors flown to get Gold after these status credits.
