SC on Upgrades

I've had this happen on all 7 VA flights this month. Booked flexi and upgraded over the phone. J SC's credited to my account.

I'm not surprised. In fact I wouldn't expect anything less whilst there is a rewards promo running. Whether your getting the whole fare as a reward or upgrading its no different. In fact I would be horribly disappointed to not get the additional SC's when I have paid something out of my pocket when I would have when paying nothing.

Just to add my 2 cents, the upgrades and reward bookings over the past few weeks have accrued SC at the business rate.

I have had the same happen on the flights where I have bought a flexi and upgraded using points or the WP complementary upgrades, as well as points redemptions. All in Business class. All booked post Sabre.
