A well planned DONE4 will almost be enough to requalify WP for 2 years (quite likely based on QF´s current relaxed attitude to requalifying), even without any further flying.
Yes, but I like to be on holidays in that place in SE Asia 2-3 times a year. So, for me at least, DONE4's are not part of the equation.

I think it is too easy to attain "status" on this forum....50 posts and that makes you a Senior Member? 100, I really want to know which one that was for me...and I am a posting freak???? Well maybe addicted but it is slow on my project at the moment....;)
I would like to have these tiers adjusted.

You'll be a posting freak forever now though. It doesn't seem to change after that.

What, so if I do not post or I use Flyertalk instead, there will not be a "soft landing" to Does Not Know What He is Talking About status?
Actually I may not know what I am talking about....
A drink in the QP for me:?:

Staying OT for a bit longer .... I think the "Posting Freak" title when you get to your century is a bit misleading, as it does not take into account the time to reach this milestone. For example it took me the best part of a year (approx. 2 posts per week) whereas Altair is complaining about achieving this status in 2 months (approx 12 posts per week).

If possible the logic should be improved to measure the rate of posting over a rolling 3 months, with the weekly average being labelled something like this :-

< 0.1 = Voyuer
0.1 - 0.5 = Lurker
0.5 - 1 = Dabbler
1 - 2 = Amatuer
2 - 5 = Regular
5 - 10 = Addict
10+ = FF Anorak

Persistent "Anoraks" should be given temporary bans to help them break the habit and get a real life. Just for their own good, of course.

Cheers,

Andrew

OK Posting Freak is probably correct for me as it was late August when I joined:oops: ....it is just that my project hit one of those lulls where the techies took too long to get it right, data is now out the door and waiting on others for verification....tomorrow I will be busy again and I will not be "FF spotting" I promise....Oh I mangaged to update my project plan, issues register, complete a presentation (well the data part will come), write a briefing to the Minister, do a press release dangerous as I only had a passing knowledge of the topic....and a few others.....

Hm - you joined in Aug and have 110 posts - I joined in Jul and have 430 - think I see the spammer and its not you ;)

I have spent a lot of time in hotels and had down time between assignments - next year is going to be much busier....

For me it is easier to go to a place in SE Asia, which I visit 2-3 times a year anyway, and from there travel to other places in SE Asia in business class @ ~$4/SC.

There is another ~$4 opp at the moment very close to here. Pity about the overnighters, but still possible for someone who is keen.

Talking cryptics is always fun :)

Only fun if you know the place the other person is talking about.

Hmm.... Overnight.... ~$4/SC.... I think I know.... Is the flight over water?

Any reasonable flight from Australia involves travelling over water :) This one should be easy enough to guess.
