MEL-SYD-AKL (or whichever port you're going to) and the same coming back home.
Thanks for the quick response! Is that in Economy or do I have to spring for business??

Economy should do you fine. 10+20 SC's each way.
Oh yes, some of us not only condone it, but actually do it...here's a good exampleObviously there's ADL-SYD/MEL-BNE and ADL-SYD-CBR. If you want to mix it up you can also do BNE-SYD-CBR along with CBR-SYD-ADL. I did this when they had ADL-CBR going for $75 - was booking BNE-ADL anyway so thought I'd visit CBR, hadn't been there for ages. Strange story, basically ended up in J lounge for 3 hours and more SCs.
You could mix & match them for fun. Otherwise one could easily do it return - 8 flights in a day, probably even more, depending on schedules. But genuinely, does anyone condone such Y torture?

You can book MEL-SYD-AKL-SYD-MEL online using using the multi-city option to save around $100 ($530).
40 SC's can also be earned for around $332 with a StarClass flight between MEL and SYD. The fly via CBR on the return for another $200 and 20 SC's
Or book a MEL-SYD-CBR-MEL with SYD-CBR in J for $540 and 60 SC's.
