Double today

Read somewhere that everyones mobile number is on the dark web and so phones can just get spammed.

just need a rule change saying if you want to text you have to be registered to a person and if you get caught its a fine.
Telcos don't seem to be putting in much effort to comply with
Just block all .top (a Chinese domain) until they clean up their act.

There has been now from 3 Aust mobile phone number, something like, we need your response, ("For English press 1, ... etc").
Not sure what the aim of the phone calls/sms are, there were also several phone calls, which I didn't answer.
Edit: hot pix that L(y)ud girl.
Most likely a cut and paste of an actress.
Maybe someone should do a reverse image search and let us know where they took her pix from.
And what have they done with Svetlayana?

Lyudmila is indeed hot.
Wonder Why reverse images comes up with (nothing found).
And we have at long last been swallowed up by the US(of A).

Well, that aussie/western voice "we have a final notice for you", and then straight to Mandarin calls are back.
Aust mobile phone number again.

^ The same number twice? I’ve not encountered that in years, except for when it was a valid call from someone I didn’t know (and they didn’t leave a message the first time ‘cos it wasn’t that important).

No, not twice from same number, mine always it seems different numbers.
The first few, few days ago, were all different numbers.
The same occurance, I mean, is that the call starts with English, then Mandarin recording, happened about 6/12 months back.
I don't read Mandarin, so can't interprete it, but it seems that they have my real name, probably because some seller on ebay must have onsold my details, that is the only way, as they have my number on all my purchases.

Sorry, my bad; you mentioned the number so I thought it must have been the same number.
It's all spoofed these days, the numbers may or may not exist (actually I wonder - does the number they're randomly faking have to be a real one for the imposterisation to work?).

It can go 2 ways, they want "us" to click on the links in the sms via our smart phones, which might lead onto linkt scams, which is most likely, or their main aim is to lead us just to phone the number, what ever it is in the links.
I have in the past had just audio unanswered phone calls, ie, left messages, where it was press 1 for english, as I mentioned above, for that the phone number has to be real, for them to want "us" to call them back.
Who knows what the answering system is like, whether it goes to a message bank, but tagging our number as a live bait.
The overseas phone calls, haven't had that in a few days now, ie, the calls at 3.30am.
At least half an hour a week is spent on dealing with this scam calls of all its different ilks.

Got a phone call today and woman was very excited to tell me that I'd won an iPhone.

Me: Oh, I don't like Apple can I have a Samsung please?
Woman: Started spiel again, 'you've won an iPhone, I just need a few details.'
Me: 'No thanks, I don't like Apple stuff, good bye.'

I can only imagine she was disappointed. Still, she's not the first woman I've disappointed.
