Good to know the front wheel and gear can take a hefty bump… shame about the crumple (but on certain 737’s it’d just split into 3 pieces )

Well the shock absorbers did work well didn't they? Doubt they could cope with another landing like that without having a gas refill.

This only happened last week I think so nothing much will have happened yet apart from a lot of investigating

Could be sometime. It has a crumpled fuselage. I think ANA will lose their no claim bonus.

ouch. watched this just before I jumped on a 767. That had to hurt the pax (even all strapped in). Surely some whiplash cases?

For most people concerned, if it can't be fixed with lots of duct tape, it's a write off. :mrgreen:
