Seat selection change with aircraft change

And as I sort of expected, I can confirm that the QF computer system is at least consistent. My return flight has changed from a 9J to 10J configuration aircraft and I was moved from 2E to 3E while Mrs NM remains in 2F.

T-79:59 and I am moved back beside Mrs NM and marital harmony will continue.
And just to follow up, our E190 aircraft was swapped back to the 9J configuration. My selection of 2E/F had stuck through the latest change. However, with the new configuration, 1E/F exist and were available for selection. So we slotted nicely in for the short 1-hour flight with a nice hot meal (peppered beef) and a few glasses of wine. The Alliance E190 crew were great in both directions. I really did like the E190 in J - it is a very quiet aircraft, seats were comfortable with plenty of space, crew were really great, and plenty of overhead locker space, I expect the journey further back with 2x2 seating was very pleasant also, but just missing the hot meal service. Very nice for a 1-houor "regional" trip and certainly my preference over Dash-8 and 717 aircraft.

I'm flying on 08/09 Thurs QF81.
Update : Followed the advise to see if bulkhead seats are released 48 hours prior to departure time. no luck. Called up premium CC and was informed that those seats are reserved for CL & WP1 and may (read : will) not be released until after 4 hours prior to departure. There seems to be pax on those seats as of now. As WP, I'm unable to select row 23 A-H and 24 J-K
