Has anyone got anything from them yet?

My Hilton membership and europcar memberships have come through but nothing yet for secure sentinel.
 
I got a phone call to check details and an email yesterday, have not checked the PO box!

Mine took almost a month from time of clicking the offer on the Velocity site to getting a phone call from them. If you're like me and don't answer calls from blocked numbers, you could be ignoring them as they won't leave a voicemail (I was driving when they called and couldn't look at my phone to check caller ID so I answered; it was a blocked number). My Veda file has come thru and I'm waiting on my tags and stickers which they said could be another 4 weeks but that's fine.
 
I received a new membership package about a month ago. It contains bag tags, key rings and lots of "If found, call....." stickers.

I'll post a photo later tonight.
 
I opted in to this exactly 4 weeks ago today, and still haven't heard anything. Doesn't exactly instill confidence ...
 
I opted in ages ago - was already a basic member.

Just received an email from them yesterday saying that they haven't been able to contact me to confirm my new membership.

That's funny - all my contact points that both SS and VA have on file work great :).

The same happened to me, when I called up they said they tried contacting me several times, to no avail.

Call them up and they'll process you on the spot.

I was thinking about this service lately, but from the accounts in this thread they seem very lazy… not exactly what you want when you lose your cards and need help!

That's exactly what I was thinking. Or if someone was doing something that looked suspiciously as though they were trying to steal your identity. In either case I'd hope that they'd be a little more on the ball.

Oh, back on track....of the DJ offers SS is the one that doesn't take me at all. I've done it all and when Lisa lost not just her CC but mine also, I just rang the bank and cancelled. I didn't even think to ring SS.

I'm not after it for that, I want the credit report tracking.
