Seeking advice for HKG lounge use

2 adults (J) and 2 kids (economy) flying Cathay SYD-HKG-IAD

It seems Cathay policy is no guests for J.

no elite status.

what other options are there for HKG?

Without status and flying economy, and not too many options. No chance of being guested in with a group of 4.

I guess I was looking at options such as:
- Qantas Club membership (1+1 entry)
- AA Admirals Club Membership?
any other options that might be more cost-effective?
