Called platinum service 2 days ago and they happy to downgrade. There is no points earning difference compared to Personal Gold/Green Charge so I chose Green and see if there is any upgrade offer later

Do you have any details on the annual fees and benefits?
Benefits are all on website.

Annual fee for green that guy told me its 160 AUD. 80 for annual card fee and 80 for enrolling membership rewards. I didnt ask for gold fee because gold does not do different earning rates and only insurance and a bit of travel benefits

To expand on the gold charge benefits, from what I’ve read it includes the hotel collection but not FHR. Also read a report on here that a bundled plat reserve is also still free - must just be free with any card from the charge family as it’s easier to code that way. Not entirely certain on that though, it could have been a one off report.

Would love to hear if you get an upgrade offer in future.

Out of curiosity, is there any way to apply for these cards directly any more? They don't seem to have been offered for a number of years in Australia.

Mate thanks for the addition comments for the plat reserve. If free all good but sadly i dont have 400 tc for that(applied too late)

I got a letter few months ago that my reserve was no longer free with gold charge.

I've got the platinum card again so I can retain the 400 tc, should pay for the annual fee, 450 + 400 + accor plus and dining credits should make me square.
