I booked my son to go on SQ to London and when I was reviewing his booked redemption flight I noticed that there is a provision to make a change. I clicked on that and within seconds I could move him to First on Saver points. Like WOW!
How long has that feature been there??
He is off at the WAFL Grand Final today so I didn't upgrade him without telling him as he thinks the Changi business class lounge is really excellent.
Everyone criticized the SQ site when they re-worked it and being a non computer person I found it really quite clunky. But now doing a rework of a booking is very, very easy!

Let me just say "what a fantastic improvement"!
I usually only spend about 15 minutes doing flight bookings but today I had a look through our two accounts.
My sons had commented that we are not home much so I went to history and got a bit of a surprise on just how many flights our family did.
Bookings before July 8th have to be changed with a phone call so maybe that was the Amadeus moment.
