Selecting seats on Asiana flights

I made a J class booking with Asiana and after going through their website, I couldn't find a way to manage my booking and select seats.
Did anyone experienced this problem before?

Give them a call. You may need to be passed around various consultants before getting someone who enough english skills to make it happen however...
