Travelling in Qatar First as a Qantas Platinum entitles you to one guest on any oneworld flight - through both status benefits (see fine print #1 below)



and class of service benefits...



I have personally seen the Qantas SYD First lounge desk invent rules around the guest needing to leave the lounge when you depart, if their flight is later than yours.
