MAX_1, great to meet you last night and thanks for your insights in your post. Hmmm, Southbank Deluxe, 63 Whiteman Street, Southbank looks nice, is right next door but is more expensive. Might have to put that up tomorrow as a viable alternative. 200 metres to MCEC and Executive Apartment (1 Queen & 2 Singles) would be $309 pn (based on the Marvelous Melbourne special rates and assuming available), which is $108 more expensive than our current booking. Might be hard to justify, but I'll try.
