Terms and Conditions
1. This offer campaign is administered by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (“SLIM HK”), is exclusive to the recipient of this communication and is non-transferable.
2. This offer campaign is valid for qualifying stays between 15 October 2022 and 15 December 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. Qualifying stays are room nights booked under Qualifying Room Rates which will count towards qualification for the renewal of the current tier of the member’s Shangri-La Circle membership status (“Status Renewal”).
4. Qualifying purchases made on Shangri-La Boutique will also be counted towards qualification for the member’s Status Renewal.
5. Orders made on Shangri-La Boutique must be at least US$1 and successfully delivered or picked up by 15 December 2022.
6. In order to ensure that stays or purchases are counted towards qualification for the member’s Status Renewal, members are required to quote their membership number when making reservations or sign into their Shangri-La Circle accounts on Shangri-La Boutique (
Shangri-La Boutique | Luxury Products and Services | Online Shop | Pickup and Delivery) when making the order.
7. Members will receive an email notification upon qualification for the Status Renewal before end of December 2022.
8. Members can also check for the updated expiration date of their membership from their online account and download the new digital card upon qualification for the Status Renewal after the promotion period ends in December 2022.
9. SLIM HK reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
10. SLIM HK’s decision on all matters relating to this offer campaign will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
11. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
