Stayed here our last night in germany.A cheap SPG option at E99 a night. From the floor plan in the room it looks like all rooms are the same.We were put onto a SPG floor. As is common there was a Sheraton link on the ground floor for free internet access with printers available. It was a comfortable stay.
We walked around the area-close to shops.not far from the Main river-on opposite side to the City centre.Tried to find a German restaurant, the only one we could find was next to a s*x shop.So once again we decided to go back to the hotel to eat.
The meal was quite satisfactory. We both started with a soup.mrsdrron again went for the spargel and i had a nice schnitzel-

We both had a creme brulee. We washed it down with a bottle of Sav Blanc but i also had a beer which looked interesting-flavoured with Tequila but also added sugar-

So a little away from the action but once again good public transport. For the price it certainly deserves consideration.

Oh dear, that is such a shame :( - in around the old town there are some awesome genuine German eateries - as long as you can stand the smoke, the food and the Apfelsaftschorle is sooooo good! Zum Bären is the best around (IMHO), can be found at Höchster Schlossplatz
