Yup, I meant the flybuys date. Pertinent to us as we're in NZ until the 9th and you can't even transfer while overseas :-(

Just received this email - the T&Cs make it look targeted - but thought some people on here might be interested:

Anyone else still waiting for their bonus points (100 VFF per 2000 FB) from the late January promo? The fine print at the time said, "Members should allow up to 4 weeks after 31 January 2017 for the bonus Points to be allocated to their Velocity Frequent Flyer account." Well, it's been four weeks, and then some, and I've yet to received them. In my case it's only 200 VFF points so it's more the principle of the thing.

Does anyone know if purchases with Flybuy dollars (the ones you load onto your FB card) count for Status Credits. They seem to earn Flybuys so am guessing yes but keen for confirmation (or not)

Anyone ever had this?
In my online profile it said my offer of spend $60x4 for 10,000 points had expired.
But I have dockets showing I did my buys for the week 1-3. Today I did my final shop and the docket says congrats you got the points, but the offer is still expired online? This is my first 4 week offer I have ever tried going after...
cheers

Give it a day or two and if the points don't credit, contact flybuys support. They're normally pretty good with credits, especially if you have the proof.

Mine was exactly the same, I assumed it just meant week 3 expired & they forgot to update week 4.
I shopped about 4pm yesterday, just checked and my bonus points have arrived already!

I'm behind on this thread. I apologise for the late reply. I'm guessing you've got your points by now. Flybuys aren't very good at showing the correct status of these 4 week offers on your profile of current offers and activated offers. It's a known problem with the system and it has confused others. The appearance or non appearance of the 4 week offer doesn't affect whether the points are credited or not. The system keeps track of this in other ways. The congratulations messages occasionally don't appear as well so it's best to keep track of the offer in other ways and if for some reason the points don't credit, you have proof when you follow things up.

Same here. FWIW, I received previous SCs on 7/12, 6/1, 5/2 and 3/3 so the trend was for earlier until this month.

Another, no SC's here either. Just 2 will requal me gold for another year :)

Woo hoo, got my first set of SC's from my March Coles purchases - I know, I was late into the game :o (I snoozed and lost, you all won)

Waiting on transferring my FlyBuys points until 28 April, so I can gather more this month.

Just received my 6 SCs for March. Good idea to wait on transfer this month
