Simon, if someone needs to be on the phone for around an hour, and doing all the talking, then they are, and the majority of the lounge, better off in a private room or out with the masses where noise levels do not matter. I just cannot understand how someone can be on the phone for that long talking non stop. In my opinion the Skyview Lounge in SIN is much better than the QF/BA F lounge and I would say even better than the QF/BA J lounge. I have never encountered any problems with food, drink, noise or internet access in the Skyview lounge. Oh, and there are hardly ever any children around, especially unsupervised and using the computers. Unfortunately when not flying QF/BA I have no choice on which to lounge to use.
