I understand Singapore has a 24 hour check-in service for selected airlines, and that's done through automated kiosks. But just wonder also if there's a human-manned counter available for problems?
Had a previous issue with destination visa validation, which was resolved by the counter staff calling up the country's immigration desk. Does the automated kiosk perform the same visa checks or is able to handle similar exceptions?
Just don't want to arrive hours early and be stuck waiting for a counter to open up before the problem can be resolved, thanks.
