Also if you have a Wireless@SG account you can log in to the airport wifi with that. If you have a Singapore based SIM card you can get a Wireless@SG account for free. I think you only need to us it once a year to keep it current.

Otherwise go to service desk and get a temporary login.

You might be able to use one of the free computers dotted around the terminal as well, although they can be hard to get during peak hours.
 
The first information counter I approached at Changi was unmanned but had a phone on the counter to call for service. When you picked it up there was an automated message saying "If you would like a call back, please dial 5. If you would like a call back, please dial 5. If you . . ." The problem? The phone had no keypad!

The second counter I found gave me a wifi password no worries.
 
surprising how often the DTMF tone can get across that way!

Use to be the only way to remotely retrieve answering machine messages when decadic dialing was common..........ah, the days of carrying around a tone dialler in your pocket! (Mobile phone???? what's that). I'm going now, I'm starting to feel old!
