Single entry lounge passes?

I have a virgin flyer card, and I thought that one of the perks was lounge passes each year?

I can't find where these would be located.. Am I missing something?
Do I need to request them somehow?
Am I not eligible because I am Gold?

Virgin flyer or Virgin High Flyer? I think only the high flyer comes with the passes.
