Small helium filled balloon on domestic flight - bursting risk?

We took a balloon animal on board. No probs.

The Wiggles are still doing concerts? I thought they went all t**s up after the Sam affair.

My daughter has decided she is now too old for the Wiggles. But evidently not too old for Bananas in Pajamas.

Yep still concerting. End of this year Greg, Jeff and Murray stop performing and work in the shadows. They showed off the new three at the concert... Wiggles in training...

Hi all
Just about to board a flight after a wiggles concert nd we still have the small helium filled balloon from the concert. Just wondering in the reduced pressure whether the balloon will pop.
Should we release the balloon into the wild or shouldn't be ok?

Years ago flying Rex, my daughter at the time was 3 (she is now 11) and was madly in love with balloons. We were flying Dubbo-Sydney she had her balloon with her, at security the fellow took one look at the balloon and said that cant go on the plane and without consulting us on what he was about to do just popped the balloon in front us. Our daughter burst into tears and was inconsolable, we were furious I couldnt believe he could
be so heartless he stood there was just a three year old cry her little heart out, plus the shock and fright of having a balloon "popped" in front of you. I have never forgotten it.

It was surprisingly hard to pop a metallic balloon airside without a sharp implement...
