Hmm... still haven't received my money order for my bank issued Amex . Any idea who I should chase up?

Perhaps leave it a bit longer. Seeing people are still receiving online credits they haven't finished the process. Money orders would take a while to obtain, print, collate and ship.

You would need to contact Amex, but I'm not sure you would be able to get through their call system using a non-Amex issued card.

Yeah, I guess I should wait until they've processed their own customers first. I have both a directly issued and a bank issued Amex, so perhaps I could try to get through using the number on my directly issued Amex. *shrug*. Good to hear people are getting the credits though, shows Amex is reasonably on the ball

My cashback from a purchase mid-June recently posted also. Looks like 6 weeks is the norm with Amex promotions.

I've followed it up with Amex and they basically said don't panic till the 11th this month. I'll wait then :shock:

Just got the $50 credit from previous promo. Was a credit back to our Amex issued Qantas card.
How could we all not take up these offers. Bring them on I say. Thank you Amex.

Same here, arrived sure enough on the 11th - don't think it's strangeness, seems exactly as they'd advised.

Trying to find a way to use the other one, vendor list isn't as broad which makes it tricky.

Got an update on 11/08, got told to give them a couple more days. Well I'm going to e-mail them again....might call them sometime this week if I'm not getting much traction on this.
