Have you guys actually got the statement credit, usually I get an email within hours of doing this that I'll receive a credit but for this one havent had any notification. Am wondering if its just slow or I should be chasing up.

Not for this one yet but when I bought the Dymocks offer last week I didn't get an email either but the statement credit still turned up.

No email on this one. My masters credit did the same so I'm not sure if the system has changed.

They still paid it at the 8 week mark, with no fanfare. I just leave a note on my iphone along with all my other debtors such as airline refunds etc.

Mine is showing as "offer redeemed" in the app but the actual statement credit hasn't shown up yet.

Ts & Cs say usually 3-5 days but may take up to 10 (!) weeks.:shock:

I have noticed that 'offer redeemed' in the app can predate the receipt of the actual credit by 24 hours and possibly longer. I have never had a situation where the offer redeemed was not followed by the receipt of the credit.

I registered, then next day I bought $52.xx worth online. In the last 4 promos that I have used, I get an email almost instantly advising that I have been successful in the promo and my $x would be back in my account. For this DM promo, I never got that email. I did check my account and the $20 is there though.

Redeemed mine tonight. Hoping to just get a $50-90 free delivery deal but missed out last week. Tonight the email comes through...16 year old Laguvalin for $75 and free delivery! Bought 4. $20 credit will mean each bottle only 70 bucks.
Yeah I know, before anyone tells me it would have been free delivery anyway ....... I just couldn't resist at the price.
