Thanks for posting.

Too late for me to register. And I need to buy 3-4 pairs of slacks. :(

That was quick...$25 credited to my Amex acct overnite.

PS: unfortunately the cashback resulted in the lost of a few Amex pts:(

I bought a pair of shorts that were like $49 (plus something else small to get it over $50)... So effectively $24 after i received the $25 cash back...

I have been looking out to see if any boxing day sales would come out and the price drop still... I now see the same shorts on Target online for $34 after a 30% sale...

Does anyone see any problem in ordering the shorts online and taking my pair of shorts with tag still on and receipt back to return for cash (and so effectively getting a $49 pair of shorts for $9) Not like Amex will do anything with the $25 cash back now its been paid already??

I purchased a gift card online on 20th Dec and still haven't received the $25 credit back on my account. Am I the only one waiting, others here seem to have received the credit on their accounts very quickly? Looks like I'll have to follow up with Amex in the new year. :(

I received a text message fairly quickly and the money was credited very quickly.

I made my purchase at Target on the 18th December, it hit the account on the 19th. I received the email and credit to my card on the 20th. Very quick. Thank you.

 I went back to check confirmation email, and the fault is all mine. I bought the gift card on the wrong amex card  I had so many offers on a range of 3 amex cards, that I knew I would make a mistake somewhere along the line. Oh well, it could have been worse, at least I used the right cards for the bonus point offers. :)
