Splitting FF points across a booking

Hi
I have a swiss RTW booking in J. I have been reading the forum re Aegean and getting Status on *A. So I wanted to put 19K points into my Aegean FF account but no more, and use the rest in my KrisFlyer account. Is it possible to do this? Booking was through Best Flights. Mixed UA/Swiss/Qantas carriers.

You can have a different freq flyer number in each flight
However what can/does happen is that 1 ff number will stick to many/all flights
If you cannot add your ff number on line then phone each carrier to add.

Then check the airline web site to see if its correct.
