Does anyone know if the Singapore Airlines 380 (Sin - Syd) has any economy seats on the upper deck?
And if so, what seat numbers they are?

One time I flew (either Emirates or Qatar) and got moved to the upper deck in economy, and had loads of space with few other passengers…

The main deck is occupied by Premium Economy and Economy Class cabins whereas the upper deck accommodates the First Class cabin, plus three Business Class cabins:

I believe they are suites and business up top, both economy versions on the main deck.
There once was a mini cabin at the back up top, but the latest refits rejigged the whole plane practically.
Only 5 airlines still have some semblance of economy upstairs: OZ, BA, EK, LH and QR.

Yeah the middle east airline had a mini economy cabin at the back of the upper deck. Was great, but you could see the off-limits business class bar area 🤣🤓

All the better to make you want to shell out more for Business next time!

2018 was the last time I flew upper deck economy on SQ, and even then they were already in the process of refurbishing their 380s.
71A was fantastic - possibly one of the best economy seats you can get as there was unlimited legroom, zero foot traffic as business class was up ahead and the toilets were down the back, and noone in the middle as 71D-G was a little further back.

Seatguru still has the old config listed (and has that seat listed as red, which shows just how wrong they were sometimes), although obviously it is long gone.

We flew Singapore/Paris return in 71A & 71C in 2011. Over 2 metres between me and the rear facing crew seat in front. I can't think of a better Y seat that I have flown in.

SeatGuru hasn't been updated since 2020
Aware of that but the upside is that it shows the old seat maps like the unrefurbished SQ A380s I linked above that have not existed for a number of years now.

Only other ones that have come close for me are also A380 upper deck seats like the old 35K on the unrefurbished QF A380s.
