SQ Chat bot made me laugh

So chatting with Kris, the Krisflyer "live chat" and trying to get assistance with redemption flights on Virgin.
Plenty of availability on VA but not showing on Krisflyer (which seems to be a standard problem).
The chat helpfully gave this suggestion

You may want to explore other option such as make reservation through cash in Virgin or travel agency.

It then went on to suggest that

Also there are other ways to redeem miles aside on booking a flight

Not helpful Kris.
Not helpful at all.

Definitely one of the more useless chatbots out there. Whenever I use it, I always immediately ask to be put through to a human.
