SQ interline with EK in BKK

Hi all, I am on SQ from SYD-BKK, then EK from BKK-MAD, then MAD-LEI with IB. I am just doubling checking for reference that if I check bags in SYD with SQ, that will transfer to EK in BKK, all the way through to LEI? SQ and EK are on different PNR's, whileSQ and IB are the same, all flights however show up on each PNR, whether through manage my booking on SQ's site, EK's or IB's. Thanks

Just as a reference point, I can confirm my bags were checked all the way through.
