Hi all,

have a SQ J reward booking for March next year for myself and partner on same booking. May need to cancel one of us. Few q's
- can I keep the original booking and just cancel one of us
- what's the latest time prior to flight to do so
- costs / refund of miles?

- what's the latest time prior to flight to do so - up to flt time
- costs / refund of miles? - Cancel >24hrs prior to dep - full refund miles / USD30 per pax Cancellation Fee - Cancel <24hrs prior to dep - full refund miles / USD100 per pax Cancellation Fee - but I would never cancel <24hrs pre dep.

Just looked into cancelling the one passenger today...looks like it can't be cancelled online, only though the call centre?

Yes the days of cancelling any confirmed rdpts online way past - you will need to call KF.

They'll have to split the booking into two and then cancel one.
