Just catching up on some of the day's headlines and found this article:
Singapore Airlines starts work on Sydney's new SilverKris lounge - Flights | hotels | frequent flyer | business class - Australian Business Traveller
They're upgrading - about time I thought.
Then I saw this worrying little line: "However, Singapore Airlines advises that Virgin Australia Velocity Platinum and Gold members travelling in economy class will find their own access is "subject to availability" based on the lounge's capacity, which we expect to be pretty crowded during peak times."
Anyone know what 'subject to availability' actually means in terms of practical application? I'm assuming this is just for the temporary digs at the Koru Lounge, and not for the new SQ Lounge?
