I was conditionally approved but am having a lot of trouble getting them to accept my proof of income documents. I literally sent PDF bank statements from the last 3 months and they responded back saying they didn't show my income! The Call center is hopeless and have offered no advice. I have even been into a branch and they could see no reason why the documents have been rejected. Very frustrating.
Are you self employed ?
I try to keep things as simple as possible , avoid investment income,
I rang during business hrs and the first CSO was good but had to try and get supervisor who was unavailable.
2nd call was wasted as server was down
Third CSO wasnt very knowledgable but caught on that I paid my credit cards in full and after a few times on hold gave instant approval.
I found it better to explain via phone for my last few card applications and I think this experienfe was acceptable.
BTW have never been approved for any macquarie bank CCs

90k plus normal months points posted on 3rd statement. Met the 5k spend in first month.

Points just arrived in my QFF account on issue of my 4th statement, met the spend requirements during the 2nd statement period.

Will be interesting to see what Annual Fee renewal is charged next year, the $139 or $278.

Same here.

I spent the required 5k in the first couple of weeks, kept spending and the bonus points were credited on the second statement. So far I'm intending to keep this card.

I also received my 90k Bonus points today in my 3rd statement after spending the 5k in the first few weeks (but no further).

Registered for the QF passes May 27th but haven’t received anything yet. Rang them tonight and they’re going to investigate and get back to me in 2 days.

Also thought I hit min spend but was told I was $100 off so fixed that up tonight. 2nd statement is due this week and was hoping to get the points but will likely be the 3rd statement.

Interesting re the QF passes as I registered for them last week. Have a feeling I might need to call them up as well if I still don't receive them by the end of this month.

As of July 2nd, they've moved to the digital passes which according to St George, should be visible on you QF account once you meet eligibility, which is to have your QFF number linked, pay your annual fee and spend at least a $1 on your card.

Haven't yet paid my annual fee so that could be the problem there.
Does the annual fee come with the 1st statement?

4th statement points posted. Thanks for the original post.

I am going to switch to amplify points now, I noted you need to post or fax the form in. Anyone found an email address to forward this to?

By the way, got my Qantas invites in the email today after approximately 2 weeks.
Haven't paid my first statement as well.

St George call centre seems to be doing everything they can to reject high income customers. They are clueless morons.
I had a similar experience earlier this year with multiple emails with multiple proof of income documents sent.
Took about 2 months and almost gave up. In the end I had to go into a branch.
I am a medical specialist with a high credit score and could not believe the hoops I had to jump through. I have never had the slightest issue getting any other credit card before.

My wife applied but was rejected (she has a high income from a discretionary trust distribution, and does not work). they were absolutely not interested in giving her a card.
Earlier in the year, she applied for an Amex Explorer and it arrived in the mail 2 days later.
Put $30,000 on it in the first month. Not smart St George!
