Send 3 and your bank statements is my advice. Likely that St George will come back and ask for these in the future, so best to be proactive and lessen the delay in your application being processed.

ok. I actually used the verify online option instead of uploading. i.e. log into my st george bank account for it to detect? Hope this is not a delayed process...

Hope this is not a delayed process...

Reports here and in other St George Bank threads suggest a delay will occur. St George appear unable to cope with the amount of applications they are currently receiving. Hence my recommendation to give all of the potential documents they may ask for now, rather than wait to possibly be asked for further documents in the future.

I know in my situation St George only asked for 2 pay slips. Days later they came back asking for another payslip and bank statements. If they had asked for this originally I would have provided it all at that time.

Ok thanks. As long as they will still Honor the 100000 points I’m ok to wait a bit.

Met the minimum spend in the first couple of days and have just been credited with the bonus points. Less than 4 weeks after card activation. Very good result and very happy with this card so far.

One family member has two new CCs so there is a minimum spend on each one. He had to phone each to find out what qualifies to get the bonus points.Fiscal fiend was an issue on Amplify for the qualifying bonus.

Check your balances. My 100k Amplify points arrived on Tuesday! About 6 weeks after making the $4k spend.

They gave me a full $279 annual fee refund (even though the first year was free) for messing up my supplementary card application, so this goes down as one of my best churns yet.

Cool! I just got approved last night.

So income protection bill qualifies for 4k spend..... Gives me a heart attack every time I see this bill each year.... Even though packaged and commission comes back to me!

It's ambiguous.

Given I always pay my balance at the end of each statement I always write $0 for this and it has never been questioned, even though at the time of the application it may have been $10K+

That has always been my position. I consider "owing" for anything that has not been paid by the due date, same as it would be for utility bills.

Interesting that many are asked to provide bank statements. I've never had to provide one including 2 St.George cards in the past (most recent mid '18). In fact if they asked me now I'd have to say I don't have a bank account, just 6 credit cards with the savings account in my wifes name. Perhaps that would put me in the coughper for applications.

Yep ingot approved for this amplify card without providing bank statements. Only provided payslips. I already have a St George savings account though.

I have no product with St George and only required payslips when approved towards the end of December.

If I paid electricity, gas and council rates I.e utilities are these 1.5 amplify points per $? Or is it 0.5?

If you hold the card past the anniversary date you will get a net 0.825 Kris Miles. Start with 1.5 Amplify points that halve on conversion and add 10% birthday bonus. They could also go to Virgin.
